"What's up" is a compilation published by Matador Records , based in the US , in 1997 .It's an overdrive fuzzy midtempo compilation .Many great bands like Pavement , Cat power , The Jon Spencer Blues Explosion , Guided by voices , Yo la Tengo , Bettie Serveert , Helium , Pizzicato Five , Teenage Fanclub and so many others are the bands signed by Matador in the 90's .A very cool label .
